CHILDREN

Children's ministry is led by Steven Karras (stevenk@rbcpc.org). Steven has been lifelong member of RBCPC. Steven met his wife, Sheridan, while serving in children's ministry. He holds a degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. Steven is passionate about helping every person—from "0 to eternity"—know that they are loved, known, and seen by God—through the way they are loved, known, and seen by Christ in us. Steven enjoys drumming, hiking, camping, and the occasional challenge of finishing an entire box of Welch’s fruit snacks in one sitting.

MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL

Our high school and middle school ministries are led by Richard Klusmeier (richard@rbcpc.org). Richard has been on our staff since 2005. Richard met his wife Carolyn while they were both serving in student ministries right here at RB Community Church. He and Carolyn are passionate about helping students discover a faith they can take with them into college, life, and their own families.
