At RB Community, we want every student who walks through our courtyard to feel like they belong. We are looking for Anchors: consistent, friendly faces who make our courtyard feel like home.

Being an anchor looks like: giving a genuine smile and wave when you see a student in the courtyard, making it a goal to learn the student's name, and keeping that student in your prayers throughout the week.
