Frances Lin (frances@rbcpc.org) serves as our Executive Director of Operations. She supervises a team of employees and serves as the staff liaison to our chartered committees. Frances speaks multiple languages, has a master's degree in business, and has owned several businesses in her professional career. Frances has a passion for new church development and is currently working towards her master's degree in divinity. She also serves as the San Diego Presbytery's Stated Clerk.
