Thanksgiving Dinner Bags

Our annual Thanksgiving Dinner Bag collection is scheduled for November 1 thru November 15.

Last year we provided over 300 dinner bags to families, seniors, and military personnel within San Diego County.

Please pick up the list of items to include so we can provide 300+ dinner bags again this year.

Please include: 2 cans corn, 2 cans green beans, 1 can cranberry sauce, 1 can gravy,

1 box of mashed potatoes, 1 box of bread mix, 1 box of stuffing, 1 box of mac & cheese,

1 bottle of oil, 1 box of foil, and a $20 gift card to Wal-Mart, Target, Vons, Stater Brothers, or Albertsons for fresh produce or the turkey.

Additional non-Thanksgiving food items will be added to the bag from our November grocery collection. Thank you for helping us provide families dealing with food insecurity with a Thanksgiving Dinner Bag.

Dinner bags will be distributed through PUSD schools, STEP, New Day Urban Ministries, Interfaith Community Services, and Solution for Change.
