Linley Krahel grew up in RB Community's youth ministries and took her first mission trips to Peru and Panama in high school. Today, she is Director of Staff and Discipleship at Raising a Voice, on a mission to end human trafficking through gospel-centered community transformation and global outreach. Raising a Voice works directly with communities in Knoxville, Argentina, Rwanda, and Kenya.
Raising a Voice adopts a holistic, multi-front approach, including providing housing, schools, and counseling. The Magnolia Women’s Center in Knoxville offers a safe haven in the city where women come for rest and restoration via resources and case management, stewarding them from struggles to a brighter future. Coffee shops, a florist, and handcrafted jewelry provide ministry funding and create transformative spaces and opportunities in the community. Former victims are given new life with love and dignity.
